The process is quite simple. Here's how it works!
Step 1) Contac Us:
New Customers - Please submit the online Request
For Pricing form or call us Toll Free at (866)
683-0306 to discuss the scope of your project before
shipping anything. We will create a proposal for you within
1 business day.
Existing Customers - No need to contact us before sending
anything unless you have special requests or need a rush order.
Step 2) Order Form:
Print and fill out the PDF order form found here
with all your contact, payment and option details.
Step 3) Ship Products:
Pack your products, order form and deposit (if applicable)
and ship everything to us.

Note: No deposit
is required when paying with a credit card. Check payments
require a 50% deposit which should also be included in the
shipment.
Step 4) Studio Queue:
As soon as your products are received your order will be
put in queue and you will be notified
of your estimated shooting date. Usually within 2-3 days of
receiving products.
Step 5) Pre-Shoot:
You will be contacted the day before the shoot to go over
the project. This will allow both of us to ask/answer any
questions that may require clarification before we begin.
Step 6) The Shoot:
We will shoot your photos to your specifications based on
the examples, drawings or descriptions you provide.
Step 7) Layout Proofs:
At the end of your shoot we will prep and upload the images
to your persoanl proof page. You will be notified via e-mail
with your personal proof page login information. When you
login you'll be able to view and comment on all the photos
from your shoot. If you are happy with the images then we
move onto step 8. You also have the option to request a free
reshoot (go back to step 6).
Step 8) Editing:
After you've approved all your images we begin the editing
process. All retouching, airbrushing, background removal,
etc will be done in this stage.
Step 9) Final Proofing:
After your images have been edited they will be uploaded
to your proof page for review. At this stage you can request
additional retouching (additional editing chanrges may apply)
or approve the final images.
Step 10: Payment:
If you chose to pay by check then we ask that you arrange
for final payment on the project. Photos will not be released
until payment is made in full. If you chose to pay via credit
card your invoice will be processed and images can be sent
right away.
Step 11: Delivery:
We typically e-mail all your web-optimized jpegs immediately
after your project is complete. A CD-rom with all the originals
is sent back to you with the products. We can also arrange
for instant download of high-resolution images from our website
or FTP to your website for an additional fee (free with rush
orders).
Step 12: Product Return:
The final step is returning your products, receipt and CD-rom
with original images. We will carefully package everything
and ship your box back using your preferred vendor. We prefer
UPS or USPS.
