Payments - We gladly accept Checks, Money Orders,
Cashiers Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American
Express payments. Please make checks payable to Productimage.com
or Nathan Bednarik (owner/photographer).
Deposits - You are required to provide
50% deposit with your order if paying by cash (money order/cashiers
check) or check. If you are paying by credit card you must
include a valid billing credit card number with submission
of your order form, in lieu of a deposit (Note: we may require
deposits on larger projects, even if paying by credit card).
Please ask for details. A test transaction will be performed
on the card before work begins. Your credit card will be
charged upon completion based on the price estimate we provided
before beggining the project. Payments must be made in full
before any final images are released.
Shipping - Customers are responsible for all shipping
charges to and from our studio. This includes the return
shipment of your products upon request and shipment of the
CD-ROM containing your high resolution images. We prefer
UPS and USPS.
Our Guarantee - Satisfaction is our goal. We guarantee
our work 100%. If for some reason we do not meet your standards
or you are simply not happy with our services we will re-shoot
your products until you are satisfied or will return everything
(including deposit) at our expense.

to make changes to this site at anytime without notice.
By using this site (and our product photography service),
you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined throughout
the site. No part of this website may be duplicated without
the written permission of the owner. All prices and specifications
are subject to change. In some cases we will use customer
product photos for promotional use on this website.
