We have a unique approach to managing studio time. Rather
than scheduling an appointment for each project we operate
on a first-in, first-out shooting system that we call 'the
queue'.
As soon as your project arrives it is put in queue and
you are notified via e-mail with our shooting schedule.
Standard orders go to the back of the queue. Rush orders
go to the front of the queue.
The queue backlog is what we use to estimate our turn around
time on standard orders. It is updated each morning and
helps us inform our clients how many days it will be before
we start shooting orders that arrive that day.

2-3 Days before we begin shooting projects that arrive
today. |
The backlog estimate is constantly changing as we receive
our daily deliveries so the rule of thumb is "the sooner
you can get everything to us, the sooner we can get started."
Usually we're never more than 2-3 days behind but during
certain times of the year we become extremely busy and this
number can climb as high as 8-10 days.
